Social is largely pay to play and while there are brands who still hit home runs with truly organic content, it’s becoming a rarity. Content marketing does still work and works well, but marketers need to understand how content and advertising work together on social media.

Biography:

Casey is the Director of Social Media at Swanson Russell, a full-service agency with offices in Lincoln and Omaha. Originally from Wyoming, he has worked in science communication, higher education marketing, journalism and photojournalism before coming to SR.

The Social Media Round Table is designed for an open discussion, covering all aspects of social media. This Round Table offers the opportunity to exchange ideas and knowledge with other professionals who realize the power of social media on all platforms. The group will help you gain a better understanding of platforms and techniques you may know about, but aren’t yet sure how to implement.
