Where do you work?
I’m a marketing and design coordinator at Telesis, Inc. and I’m in my second year as an AMA Lincoln board member.
What do you do in your free time?
It’s relevant to my job, too, but I really enjoy illustrating! It’s a creative outlet in and outside of work.
What professional achievement are you most proud of?
When our marketing team won a Prism award!
What personal achievement are you most proud of?
Finishing college by the time I turned 21.
You can snap your fingers and instantly learn any skill. What is it?
Surfing — not something you can do here in Nebraska, but I’d love to pick it up for future beach trips!
What’s your favorite TV show or movie?
Mad Men, New Girl, The Goldbergs, Clueless, ET and Karate Kid are all classics.
You’re out for drinks with friends. What are you ordering?
Any fun mocktail I can spot on the menu!
What advice do you have for younger professionals in the area?
Lincoln is bursting with so many great career opportunities. Put yourself out there, get involved, and see what good things come your way!
What’s your favorite part of Lincoln and why?
The support for small businesses is unlike anything I’ve seen in any community I’ve ever been a part of.
