They’re dubbing it the Great Resignation. With nearly 3.9 million Americans calling it quits in June, it’s safe to say people are not just peeking their head over the figurative fence to see if the grass is greener on the other side.
Couple this with the widely spread adage that marketers tend to move jobs more frequently than the average employee, makes this topic incredibly relevant to the world we find ourselves navigating.
Join us for a casual, freeform discussion with human resource, advertising and marketing professionals. We’ll talk about where to find marketers, our favorite position-specific questions to ask in job interviews to test a candidate’s marketing chops and finally, how to keep marketers happy.
