Dan Krick, President of Kusudi Group discusses how our mind processes change and how thoughts and choices set us up for success or failure.

Signature Speaker: The Real Deal with Change

DESCRIPTION:

“Change” is one of the most frequently used words but perhaps the least understood. This applies to us personally as well as the change we experience in our organizations. This workshop will explore the challenges of change – both personally and organizationally and apply proven neuroscience to address and increase our odds of being successful with the change that enters our lives.

We will explore how our mind processes change and how thoughts and choices set us up for success or failure. Change is inevitable, but the pain of change is a choice.

KEY LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  1. Understanding our “3 Brains” and how we can personally use this knowledge for better outcomes as it relates to change and personal development.
  2. Learn the Key Ingredient to Change and that it is available for everyone.
  3. Share a model for change and provide a template that can be used to support your own desired transformational, sustained change.
