Bias shows up in our communications, our assumptions, and our habits long before we’re even aware it’s there. Any business or organization serious about diversity, equity, and inclusion must first recognize unconscious bias. And this process begins with personal assessment. Dr. Helen Fagan will help us recognize where and how bias reveals itself and reveal the pathway toward true inclusion.
- How to begin to recognize bias in the workplace
- Why diversity training is just a starting point
- Why sustainable change is a long journey but one that provides your organization a tangible advantage in today’s marketplace.
