Marketers spend their days (and sometimes nights) figuring out the best way to sell a product, idea, or organization but often struggle to sell themselves. Whether it’s for a new job, moving up in your career, or simply chatting with colleagues at a conference, it’s important to present yourself in a way that keeps others interested and impressed. Learning a few key strategies can take these important interactions from “meh” to “oh, yeah!”

Sarah Collins, owner of Collins Career Coaching, is a career coach, certified Gallup Clifton Strengths Coach, and creator/co-facilitator of Adulting 101. Sarah started her career working at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as a career coach in the College of Business.
