The Role

The Senior Brand Designer at Eleanor is the creative anchor, building brand identities and crafting compelling logos for our diverse clientele. Eleanor has elevated brands across healthcare and hospitality sectors, as well as culinary establishments, global manufacturers, and tech startups. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with the Founder, Creative Director, Producers, and Project Manager to create unforgettable brands and narratives.

Our focus at Eleanor is on developing brand identities that make a mark. We understand that each client has a unique story, and we create authentic brand experiences matching their story and values. This position centers on bringing a brand’s essence to life, not just through traditional mediums like print materials and vibrant in-store signage but also through digital campaigns using email, website assets, digital advertising, and social media.

The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional skills in logo design and brand identity development, using their robust typographic and editorial design skills to paint our clients’ stories across our vast marketing canvas. As a Senior Brand Designer, you will pioneer new paths for Eleanor in the competitive world of brand distinction.

What You’ll Need

• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a closely related field, paired with 5+ years of experience in branded content, agency, or marketing environments.
• Exceptional conceptual skills with a keen eye for color, layout, and photography selection.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite on Mac (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD/Figma), with After Effects being a plus.
• A thorough understanding of digital platforms to build electronic files that are optimally sized, well-organized, and error-free.
• Superior organizational and time management skills, ensuring high-quality output without compromise.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a collaborative spirit and solutions-oriented mindset.
