We’re searching for an experienced digital marketing strategist who has a knack for developing trackable, research-based digital marketing plans (SEO, social, email, pay-per-click, etc). This person should have keen verbal and written communication skills, an ability to forecast market trends, and the creativity to take on data-driven projects in an out-of-the-box way.

Objectives of this Role

  • Manage digital marketing efforts (PPC, SEO, Social, Email, etc.) for Agency 877
  • Develop comprehensive strategic digital marketing plans that benefit the client
  • Assess client needs through well-thought-out research and problem-solving skills
  • Monitor the performance and effectiveness of agency-prescribed tactics by establishing and monitoring key metrics 
  • Present periodic reports on these findings in an articulate and understandable fashion to clients
  • Deliver valuable solutions that align with both the client and 877’s organizational values


Job Responsibilities

  • Conceive and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business goals
  • Utilize various digital channels, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand presence and engage with the target audience
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and retain customers
  • Monitor email campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics
  • Use analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns
  • Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Meet with clients monthly to discuss campaign performance and to plan for future efforts
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create and optimize engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms
  • Manage content calendars to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing


Skills and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising and public relations, or an equivalent combination of education
  • Minimum of two years experience successfully performing digital marketing strategy or service within an agency or similar experience
  • Past experience in creating and managing Google (Search and Display), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Reddit, Twitter/X ads
  • High level of commitment to customers and an ability to work well with clients and team members
  • Sound decision-making skills 
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Strong desire to get feedback from team members
  • Ability to balance multiple projects at once
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in person


Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads Certification 
  • Familiarity with SMS marketing and applicable platforms
  • Extensive knowledge of digital market trends, including emerging social platforms
  • Willingness to play with our four-legged besties (aka dogs) who share our office space
