In recent years, Nebraska Public Media has expanded its coverage of the games to include near-instant highlights on social media and allow viewers to share their experiences with others.

Nebraska Public Media used the power of social media to create a buzz about their Celebrating Nebraska Pollinators campaign, which included broadcast programming, online videos, a photo contest, curriculum for the classroom and in-person events across our great state from Scottsbluff to Gretna.

Facing Suicide, A Nebraska Public Media Virtual Event

Nebraska Public Media continues work to destigmatize the discussion about suicide by emphasizing mental health is part of whole health. Inspired by the PBS documentary Facing Suicide, this virtual event featured discussion and stories from Nebraskans impacted by suicide. This event made more Nebraskans aware of available resources and training.
