Dan has been fortunate to work with purpose-driven\, value-based organizations that embrace intentional cultural design and have thus been honored for achieving great places to work designations as well as top tier culture of health recognition by a variety of organizations. Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resources management from Hastings College in Hastings\, Nebraska\, and a master’s degree in industrial and labor relations from the University of Illinois\, Champaign-Urbana\, Illinois. \nDan also volunteers his time in a variety of capacities including assisting the unemployed\, underemployed and individuals seeking a higher quality of life. He often speaks publicly on the topics of culture\, living a life with purpose\, wellness and life planning.
