Additional tickets will be available at the door. \nThis is an in-person event with an option to attend virtually. \nBias shows up in our communications\, our assumptions\, and our habits long before we’re even aware it’s there. Any business or organization serious about diversity\, equity\, and inclusion must first recognize unconscious bias. And this process begins with personal assessment. Her expertise has enabled her to speak to thousands of leaders in multiple nations and\, at last count\, four continents. \nShe is a faculty member and program lead for the Inclusive Community Leadership Fellows program at the University of Nebraska. Before her academic career\, Dr. Fagan created and led the Diversity and Cultural Competence Initiative at Bryan Health in Lincoln\, Nebraska. This program garnered national recognition for innovation and effectiveness.
