Rachel will share how her team of one plus support from Justin’s team at Red Way built a successful strategy for launch\, events\, and ongoing buzz-generation for the newest airline in Lincoln. \nThe presentation will conclude with a Q&A session\, where the audience will have the opportunity to ask the speaker questions . \nSpeaker Bio \nRachel Barth\, C.M. is the Director of Communications and Customer Engagement for the Lincoln Airport Authority. Although new to the aviation industry\, Rachel has a background in marketing\, communications\, public relations and event management. \nShe holds a bachelor degree in Journalism and master’s degree in Marketing\, Communications and Advertising (MCA) from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Rachel recently became a Certified Member (C.M.) through the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and was a 2022 nominee for the Inspire Lincoln Awards and Young Professional of the Year. \nRachel volunteers for several community organizations including Leadership Lincoln\, Bennet Community and is a blood drive coordinator for the Nebraska Community Blood Bank. Rachel and her husband live on the family farm with their two boys\, two rescue dogs\, two ducks\, and six chickens. \nJustin Scheel\, a dynamic marketing professional with an MBA in marketing has been in marketing his entire professional career. With a passion for consumer behavior and analytics-based decision making\, he has developed and executed numerous successful corporate rebrands\, integrated marketing campaigns and product launches throughout his 20+ year career. Justin’s expertise extends to various sectors\, including retail\, healthcare\, education and transportation\, allowing him to adapt and thrive in diverse business environments. His ability to analyze market trends and consumer preferences enables him to design targeted and impactful marketing strategies that resonate with audiences.
