If so, The Bridge Behavioral Health is currently seeking a full-time Director of Marketing and Development to join our team. The Bridge Behavioral Health is a 68 bed substance abuse treatment center that has a wide variety of services for those that suffer from substance abuse.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Director of Marketing and Development is responsible for securing financial resources that will support the organization's programs and services. Director of Marketing and Development is also responsible for building and managing the organization's brand and all aspects of marketing communications in order to raise awareness of the organization. The Director of Marketing and Development reports to the Executive Director, and works closely with the Board of Directors and the Leadership Team.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree required with at least 5 years of experience in marketing and development, Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) accreditation preferred.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND DEVELOPMENT:
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven success in areas of individual and corporate giving.
High energy, outgoing, team player, and a passion for The Bridge’s mission.
Working mastery of computer programs including: Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel. Experience with WordPress preferred.
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Ability to work with and relate to persons of multiple ethnic, racial, cultural, and varied economic backgrounds.
