Account Executive - Lamar Advertising Company (Posted 1-12-19)


Are you a dynamic sales rep interested in helping local businesses with innovative billboard advertising campaigns? If so, we’d love to have you join our sales team as an Account Executive! We need someone who truly appreciates the connection between marketing and sales, someone who genuinely gets excited with each and every sale – big or small. Our Lamar office in Lincoln is now hiring a new Account Executive (salary + commission) to help us bring outdoor advertising campaigns to life for brands in Lincoln and the surrounding communities.

Our new team member will be intrinsically motivated to succeed, highly organized and a strategic thinker. He/she will be able to cultivate client relationships, identify potential growth areas and produce new accounts. The ability to juggle fluctuating workloads and fast paced deadlines is a must, while easily adapting to new apps as they are introduced and working with our CRM platform (Salesforce). 

Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous sales or media/marketing sales preferred, but not required.

This is a rare opportunity in our Lincoln office as we add an additional sales position to our team. Realistic first year earning potential would be $42,000-$55,000; subsequent year earnings would be determined by ability and growth in sales. We do not cap commissions. We are a stable, proven company with established products and markets.
