  • Red-to-Blue Congressional campaigns
  • Statewide executive campaigns
  • State Democratic party digital fundraising infrastructure

In addition to working directly with our creative team, one this person’s core responsibilities will be reviewing outbound work in our quality control process. With remaining time, we will support them in exploring additional areas of interest, such as social media, web design, marketing analytics, operations, or sales.

BCom Solutions is a digital agency for rural campaigns, causes and companies. We work with several of the leading political campaigns in the Heartland, including key competitive campaigns, state parties, independent expenditures and caucuses. We are currently hiring interns with a geographic focus on Nebraska, North Carolina, and Washington, D.C. Remote applicants are encouraged to apply, as well.

 

Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Create graphic assets for design and video projects
  • Format visual media for various digital platforms (e.g. emails, social media)
  • Find and select stock imagery and video for a variety of projects
  • Organize assets for the creative team
  • Assist the creative team with production tasks on an as-needed basis
  • Complete quality control on outgoing projects
Qualifications
The ideal candidates will possess the following:
  • At least 1 year enrolled in design/art, advertising, marketing, or related coursework
  • A portfolio of work or relevant experience completed to date
  • Proficient level of Adobe Creative Cloud required
  • Experience designing for various mediums (e.g. social media, print, email)
  • Understands modern trends in social media, marketing and web design
  • Excellent task management and communication skills
  • Detail- and team-oriented working habits
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Willingness to learn new skills quickly
  • Passion for campaigns and causes that relate to our rural (and Midwest) roots
