Marketing Coordinator – Nemaha Sports Construction

Position Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will create and distribute positive branding messages and collateral for the company’s products and services. They will do this by identifying target customers and markets, collect and compile customer feedback, develop and distribute materials related to sales, training, and marketing, and collect and review analytics to measure performance of marketing initiatives.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers presentations and digital content.
  • Maintain an up-to date content calendar and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials.
  • Create and manage social media presence, including posting updates, responding to comments, and engaging with the online community.
  • Manage and optimize website content for SEO and user experience.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Support the creation and distribution of client-focused communications such as project updates, newsletters, and satisfaction surveys.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Director of Business Development to establish initiatives for current and prospective clients to create engagement and strong connection with past, current, and future clients.
  • Generate RFP/RFQ responses for projects.
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing events including but not limited to: trade shows, industry conferences, and construction end of project celebrations.
  • Develop and manage all internal communication systems.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company or client information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
  • Proficient with computers and use of Outlook, and social media channels.
