Marketing Specialist – Erickson Sullivan Architects

We are looking for a full or part-time enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to assist in the building, planning, execution, and optimization of our off-and online marketing efforts for our eight-person architecture firm.

Responsibilities:

Develop and produce marketing materials (print, digital, web, social media) to promote the firm
Plan, build, launch, and monitor the company’s presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)
Collaborate with firm leadership to develop strategies to build a lasting connection with clients
Write and design project proposals and resumes
Implement online ads through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
Evaluate and optimize online ads based on performance data
Update and maintain company websites; evaluate content for SEO (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update media accordingly
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
Develop insight in online marketing trends to keep strategies up-to-date
Maintain office marketing archive files
Build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients
Assist in project interviews as necessary
Maintain a presence within local marketing group(s)

Your Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and technology and will be driven to help promote our firm.

BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field
Minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing and/or Business Development. Experience in architectural marketing a plus!
Proven experience as Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
Creative thinker with excellent written and oral communication skills;
Self-motivated – you will be a team of one
Extensive knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Word Press and other Adobe Creative Cloud apps
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns, and SEO/SEM marketing
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Solid knowledge of web analytics tools
Skills and experience in creative content writing
Graphic Design experience
Good networking skills
