Digital Marketing Coordinator – CIP

CIP, a Lincoln-based regional property management company, is growing and seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator. The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing department and all CIP properties by engaging in a wide variety of activities related to digital marketing and communications. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist the digital marketing team in creating optimal digital footprints for all properties that aid in maximum exposure and conversion on platforms including but not limited to websites, business listings, social media, and more
  • Work with the marketing team or property employees to keep the property websites updated with various forms of content including copy, photos, videos, and other media; includes backend work such as maintaining SEO tags, alt text, and more
  • Manage advertising content via an integration feed; work with advertising partners to optimize ad performance
  • Assist in online reputation strategies by responding to online reviews for our communities and CIP corporate, including but not limited to Google, Yelp, ILSs, Glassdoor, Indeed, and more; research and develop an appropriate response with applicable parties
  • Manage online business listings such as Google, Yelp, and more; ensure content is delivering an excellent user experience and leads back to a developed strategy
  • Respond to incoming communication inquiries to CIP Corporate; research and develop an appropriate response with applicable parties
  • Understand best practices and what content performs well to help inform the creative and digital strategy
  • Serve as member on the internal support team to help troubleshoot software or digital marketing issues experienced by our organization
  • Assist the marketing and training teams in developing strategies and goals; Work with individuals throughout the company to manage the execution of these strategies
  • Special projects and reporting as needed and requested by manager
  • Absorbs and complies with laws/policies regarding Federal, State and Municipal Fair Housing Laws, and The Tenant Landlord Act

What you need for success:

  • High school diploma and one to four years of related experience in either marketing or property management
  • Ability to use technology and troubleshoot well; Excellent organization skills and attention to detail required
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Yardi property management system a plus but not required
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units or measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to use effective communication skills including in person, phone, email and written
  • Ability to interpret and retain a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and electronic form.
  • Current driver’s license with minimal violations is required. Current coworkers may be required to obtain additional licenses such as CPR
