Associate Director of Strategic Communications – College of Education and Human Sciences (UNL)

The associate director of strategic communication in the College of Education and Human Sciences at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln will work with the CEHS director of strategic communications to raise the visibility and stature of the college through the development of marketing and content. This individual will be responsible for the delivery of strategic marketing and communications to elevate the college’s reputation with key constituencies. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for the cohesion of communications and marketing across the college by leading the Pixel Lab team in the design and development of print and digital media for clients in CEHS. This involves strategizing new projects, initiating project workflow, personnel management, and business operations.

 

Specifically, the associate director will need to: 1) Execute strategies to promote CEHS to internal and external audiences as assigned by the CEHS director of strategic communications; 2) Lead the Pixel Lab in the development of print and digital media for clients in CEHSUNL and elsewhere; 3) Oversee Pixel Lab business operations, including personnel management, sales and subsidy reporting.
