The University of Nebraska- Lincoln College of Journalism and Mass Communications offers majors in advertising and public relations, broadcasting, journalism, and sports media and communication. It is an award-winning Big Ten college and Nebraska’s only ACEJMC-accredited program. As leaders of the digital communications environment, we hold true to the core principles of journalism and mass communication education. Students developed a bilingual IMC campaign for NFL Thursday Night Football (TNF) on FOX Deportes, including owned, earned, and paid media. The primary goal of this campaign was to increase awareness of the live broadcast among Hispanic millennials with a new tagline: Famila, Football. Fox Deportes.
Students developed a Fantasy Football League to engage Hispanic Millennial viewers with the FOX Deportes Sports app where they can participate in the fast-growing segment of E-Sports.
