By harnessing the power of email and optimizing efforts during a five-month-long campaign, Union Bank & Trust was able to communicate a new data-based offer for a checking promotion that was the most successful promotion to date.
Union Bank & Trust set out to create a website that made it easy for users to find the information they were looking for and made the next step in the process easy to complete online, generating leads and online applications for the bank. The new site design achieved the objective of simplifying the experience for customers.
To support UBT’s new brand campaign, employees were featured in all media channels — in this case, billboards. Employees were chosen who work at locations near the billboards, further increasing their visibility. The response was great, as they received walk-ins, calls, and emails from customers and non-customers alike throughout 2019.
Connecting with an affluent audience isn’t easy, and there’s a lot of competition for their attention for a financial institution. UBT broke through the clutter by featuring our Private Bankers and the unique skills that benefit their customers. The ads were a key part of our “Your money has people” campaign.
