redthread was challenged to increase the frequency of purchases of existing Capital Cigar Lounge customers and continue bringing in new ones. Tour de Cigar was more than just a promotional campaign. Its inherent interactivity got customers to engage with their products and the lifestyle experience that sets Capital Cigar Lounge apart.
Lincoln Calling had been around for years but wanted to make this year bigger than ever: more music, more activities, and most importantly, bring in more attendees measured by growth in ticket sales. redthread took on all the design and promotion work, building a massive campaign and rebrand, and they sold 14.5% more tickets than the year before.
