As an extension and member of the Marketing Department, Williams Group is seeking a progress-driven, self-motivated, service-oriented SalesForce/Database Administrator. This position requires strong skills in communication, data organization, planning and prioritizing, critical and strategic thinking, analytical problem solving, initiative, adaptability and leadership.

Solo Administrator for a 45+ user organization
Support new and existing SalesForce user base with questions and issues in Sales Cloud and Service Console.
Responsible for creation, maintenance, and accuracy of company data.
Management of all aspects of current database entries, including completeness, accuracy and research and recommend any/all avenues for ensuring the exactness of company data.
Maintain, prioritize and report on user requests.
Work with users to gather requirements and implement configuration changes including definition of workflow and approval processes and custom object implementation.
Document system configuration and administrative processes.
Keep abreast of SalesForce releases, features and best practices. Make recommendations to management regarding implementation, as appropriate.
Communicate regularly with the Department leaders and other stakeholders to ensure functionality meets staff and customer needs.
Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
3-5+ years’ experience with SalesForce in an Administrator role.
Good project management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills with ability to state messages in a clear manner by using language that is easy for others to understand. Mentor other Williams Group staff in best practices.
Experience leading and facilitating user group discussions.
Experience developing and maintaining training materials and training curriculum
Experience with Case Management (Assignments, Escalation Rules, etc)
Functional knowledge of custom objects, workflow rules, flows, processes and other Salesforce.com automation techniques.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Salesforce Certified Administrator, Apex and Visualforce experience preferred.
