We are seeking a Marketing Manager in Lincoln, Nebraska. This position will work closely with the Vice President of Marketing to drive and execute strategic marketing programs that support business objectives. The position leads and participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of Inceptia’s marketing strategies and programs. In addition, this position requires close interaction with key stakeholders, vendors and other marketing team members to ensure communications and messaging accurately reflect the Inceptia brand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties as may be assigned.)
 Assist in the development and execution of Inceptia’s strategic marketing plan including conceptualization, Develops and executes marketing strategy for the organization to drive sales leads and build the Inceptia brand.
 Develops and executes national product campaigns designed to drive leads for the business development team.
 Oversees the space advertising function.
 Manages the content development for social media campaigns and provides oversight of the content for the Inceptia Institute.
 Manages all conferences including the submission and development of speaking proposals.
 Develops webinar topics, determines expert presenters, creates presentation and supporting materials and oversees the webinar.
 Manages and develops Inceptia’s quarterly client newsletter.
 Manages Inceptia’s external websites.
 Creates marketing materials including brochures, presentations, research briefs, webinars and emails. Ensures a high level of quality in design, printing and production process.
 Plans, organizes, writes, updates and coordinates the production of Request for Proposals (RFP), ensuring appropriateness and timeliness of response.
 Maintains a library of RFP documentation and updates as needed.
 Assists with internal and external website updates and maintenance.
 Acts as account representative for the Business Development team to provide ongoing marketing program communication, coordination of efforts during the course of a project and to meet any other miscellaneous needs.

 Directs the Marketing Specialist and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the unit.

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, plus three or more years of relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
 Experience with presentation development required.
 Experience with content development and delivery via email marketing system preferred.
 Excellent Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Prezi, and Adobe Acrobat 7 skills required.
 Demonstrated history of thought leadership.
 Strong interpersonal skills.
 Successful teamwork.
 Professionalism and ability to interact with all levels of management.
 Successful completion of a background investigation is required
